Create Your Own Meaningfull Bands – Share a very special experience with your beloved partner! How special would it be to craft your own bands together?
In this two-day (4 hours per day) beginner-friendly jewelry-making workshop, you and your partner will design and create your own wedding rings from start to finish.
Day 1: Wax Carving
You’ll begin by designing your wedding rings. After this you will learn how to craft them using the ancient lost wax technique, you will be carving your rings from wax to create your custom design. Once your wax models are ready, you will take them to our trusted casting company in the Diamond District, where they will be casting them in the gold karat and color of your choice or platinum or sterling silver or mix metals.
Day 2: Metal Finishing and Gemstone setting (if chosen)
On the second day, you’ll experience the art of metalsmithing, refining and polishing your rings into their final form. This hands-on process allows you to shape, smooth, and perfect your bands with expert guidance.
If you’d like to add a from 2mm, 3mm, 4 mm or 5 round tapered hard gemstone in a flush setting (it could be a lab diamond, natural diamond, sapphire. Please let me know and I will tell you where to get it.

After booking, you’ll receive an email with available dates and all the workshop details. A minimum of two students is required to book.
This class includes complete instruction, all the wax, miscelaneous materials, tools and a fully equipped jewelry studio for learning how to craft it at the beautiful NYC Jewelry Lab studio with the addition to the gorgeous enviroment, some snacks, beverages and very Inspiring music will also be available.
The workshop does not includes the gold, the wax casting, and/or gemstone/s.
A minimum of two couples is required to open the class.
