Falling Upwards

by Andrea Adelman

As a child, I sometimes felt I was falling upward....

In this dreamlike state, one finds themselves suspended in a whimsical realm where the laws of gravity bend and dissolve; instead of descending, they float upwards, soaring among the stars. Ethereal astral bridges weave through the cosmos, formed from shimmering light and cosmic dust, inviting exploration. As the traveler glides across this celestial tapestry, they reach out to catch falling stars, each one a fleeting wish imbued with luminous energy. The vast, starry sky becomes a canvas of possibilities, where the act of sailing and falling intertwines, evoking a sense of freedom and wonder, as if the very fabric of the universe responds to one’s desires and dreams.
